The The 7th European Blitz Championship and 5th European Blitz Championship Women was held in Stockholm, Sweden.
European Champion 2012 in Blitz is Alexander Schwarzman (RUS). Followed by Alexander Georgiev (RUS) and Guntis Valneris (LAT).
