Google Meet, 13th June 2020.
At 9.30, in presence of Carlo A. Bordini (EDC President –ITA), Johan Demasure (Vice President Vicary- BEL), Ingrida Drukteynite (Vice President – LIT), Jan Zioltkowski (GER), Uladzislau Splendzer (BLR), Tarmo Tulva (EST), elected as members of EDC Board, and also Milena Szatkowska (General Secretary).
The EDC Executive Board started working with the published Agenda.
The European Championships Youth 2020 in August in Tallinn are cancelled due to Covid19.
An online EDC tournament for youth will take place, more details will follow.
Furthermore, the EDC will consider any candidates to organize only the ECY Junior, Cadets, and Under 26 in December 2020.
The European Championships Veterans 2020 in September in Israel are cancelled due to Covid19.
Furthermore, the EDC will consider any candidates to organize it in 2021. Any requests must be sent by 31st August.
The EDC EB also adopted a “Regulatory protocol of measures for the contrast and containment of contagion risks from virus covid-19 in the practice of draughts in Europe” as guidelines for playing safety draughts. Details will follow.
The EB noted the Balance 2019 with the results of movements in 2018 and 2019, with questions to face about incoming money and bank account report.
