Players nationality for ECTeams

After some questions from potential participants we fill obligated to inform that EDC using FMJD Statues and ByeLaws in case when something is not written in competition rules and conditions.

Concerning players nationality it is clearly announced in ByeLaws:
"A player who possesses the double nationality must choose once for all the federation he or she wishes to represent without being allowed to be selected by both of them. For national team championships, the player must have the nationality of the country he plays for."

To be as clear as possible we decide to update already published rules for this event (new point 5).
